They took my money (Visa Card) at once but never provided the License Number required to activate the program. Their contact phone #1-866-231-7627 is ALWAYS busy and my attempt to get a license number by e-mail resulted in 2 useless numbers which didnt even match their format xxxx-xxxx-xxxx. A second e-mail had the same result

They present themselves as Microsoft approved How is this possible
