This company have been helping themselves to £10 a month from my account for 6 months now. After calling them and speaking to someone that clearly was use to dealing with these types of complaints as she had an answer for everything and tried to convince me that i had infact signed up to this whilst purchasing a ticket on ticketmaster! Be warned as they lure you in with a 15% off your next ticket voucher whilst buying something else and you are infact giving them permission to help themselves to your money!
