This service claims to be a rental service for houses and apartments. They put out bi-weekly listing packages and claim that they work closely with the property managers to negotiate terms if necessary. All you have to do is get the listings find the ones that would work for you and set an appointment for a walk-thru. And if they don't assist you in finding a place within 60 days you get 300.00 refunded back. Well I triend to schedule several interviews and none were scheduled and when I tried to call them no one would answer I had to go into the office to request a refund form and now 3 weeks later no response.
