This Agency places ads in Magazines like "THE PENNYSAVER" stating that they have properties for rent. When you call them, they have you come in and pay $160.00 for them to give you a list of properties, with the promise that if they don't find you a place to rent in 90 days, you get a refund of 100.00.

The list is made up of listings they get from the newspaper for free, and in some cases the property owners don't even know that their properties are listed.in one case, the address listed was a vacant lot, the original property you read about that had you call in the first place was never available, and in another case the property had no doors or windows and they wanted to know why we weren't interested in it!

All of the listings were incorrect, if the listing said it was a 3 bedroom house, it was really a 2 bedroom apartment, if the paper stated it had a pool for example, it didn't. We not only had no luck finding a place to live we had to go into their office twice a week to sign in and get a new listing, which had no real information on it.

Now our 90 days are up, we found our own place to live without any assistance from this agency, and they will not give us our refund. Myself and my wife complained, and my wife had to endure profanity screamed at her by the man claiming to be the owner.
