Ordered the X-Files complete box set on 5/13. Didn't get a confirmation of any sort, yet they charged my credit card on 5/14. Received an email a month later saying it was prepared for shipping. Received package on 6/27 - from China! It is a bootleg and contains 4 less disks. Not at all what was advertised. Sent them an email same day to get return instructions. No return email as of yet. Trying to get credit card company to work with us but they want us to send another email. Apparently we will need an RMA# from the company to accept the return.
