Ordered Deep Space Nine Complete 7 seasons DVD Collection. Only got an email saying they were "processing". No shipping number no expected date of delivery, but they withdrew the monies from my debit account.
Sent a complaint by email to company. Never heard back. No telephone listing for customer service. A definite scam!!
