The heat must be getting to all of them!

My husband and I arrived at Ryan's to have dinner around 6:55pm and the employees must have been on break because the bar looked horrible especially the desert bar, there was nothing on it. When we asked one of the servers what was going on with the Bar she stated that she didn't know and that the "Heat was getting to everyone". Keep in mind that the same server along with a couple of other servers and the manager had just come from outside in the lobby playing the game to grab a gift or what ever it is that you have the bears or toys in. When everyone came back in I thought that they were going to restock the bar and that wasn't the case they just stood around and talked. When I mentioned the bar I was told that they were going to check it out, when everyone kept walking past the bar as if it was stocked already and when asking them about it they act as if they were shocked and I informed them that the bar was like that when we arrived and had not been stocked since and here it is 8:15pm and it still looks like crap. When leaving we asked another server to get the manager for us and he informed us that he would be coming. The manager never came to the table and that's because he was outside on his cellphone. We couldn't tell the waitress who waited on us because on our way out she was driving back in getting out of her car I guess she went to pick up a family member because they didn't have on uniform. I haven't been to Ryan's in years and decided to go apparently on the wrong night and I will not be returning. This manager and employees need to be retrained who manages a business like this? Bad service.
