Ordered trial product and later called to cancel and they said they could not track me from name and location and would have to "kick it upstairs" and I should stand by my phone for next two hours for call. Call never came and then I read all the other scam reports. Its obvious they dont want to take my cancellation. They know to ship to me but not cancle by name and address—come on. The fight begins.
