Do not be duped by this company. They offer a "free" trial of their acai berry product for $3.95 for shipping and handling. I got my trial, went on their site to cancel the auto-ship, but still got charged $87.13. When i called the company to have the charges reversed, they said "unfortunately, your cancellation came the same day as your auto order was charged and we cannot reverse it." i confirmed that they did receive my cancellation but they wouldn't budge, stating repeatedly that i should have read the terms & conditions which stated that i had to cancel within 14 days. When i said that i did cancel within 14 days, they used the excuse that the auto-ship charge had been placed the morning of and my cancellation was received too late. After going round and round, they just hung up on me. I'm embarassed that i got scammed but i'm sharing this info so that, hopefully, others won't be.
