Agent informed me it would take 8 to 10 weeks to get a rebate. I mail THAT in and they will credit the account in ANOTHER billing cycle Depending on WHEN they receive the rebate?"HOW STUPID IS THIS" and (I"M) considered by THEM, as a preferred Customer?
