CRAP service and equipment - TIME WARNER CABLE

0 communication been departments, being billed for services we have yet to work. Every other week we have to have someone come fix our service, but yet it still doesn't work, but yet they are willing to bill us over $200 a month for cable, interenet, and phone. Was suppose to get a wireless internet modem, installer came out and said we can not have it because we are not a business. Again left hand and right hand has no idea what they are doing, but willing to charge you for there screw up and failure to do the job as promised.
