I have had several issues with my service regarding the bill cycle. I let my phone get shut off in order to change the bill cycle, this did not work and I was charged 51.00 for 2 weeks service. I then went into the Clear lake Ca store and spoke with a boy at the counter he informed me that I would need to pay 5 dollars to do a billing change, however, I would have to come back on the 1st which was the next day. I went back and paid the money, I missed a call from the store later that day and then I got a text again from metro that I owed 51.00 again for 2 weeks service then went back into the local store and spoke to Darrin. He advised me that the bill cycle change did not take effect, he could do nothing about it but called in to metro, the company tried to give me a 15.00 credit and this is not acceptable. I informed Darrin of this to which he responded in a very unprofessional manner, "I am trying to help you and if you continue to talk, I will make you leave the store"! I was absolutely outraged but did hold my comments. I am aware that this employee uses drugs he has eluded to "taking a safety meeting" while in the store. My son knows him and said he does smoke pot. His attitude does reflect that of someone who is in an addiction. He is quick to temper and has 0 skills in customer service. He is cocky and acts very relaxed and unprofessional. He was able to get my next bill due in july but could not change the billing date. I received a text about June 20th stating my bill was again due, It was a friday and I left town and planned to visit the store on monday, however, my service was shut off on sunday. I needed my phone at this point as I was waiting for an important call. I paid the bill online. On monday June 26th I went into the store and talked to a young man in the store who recalls nothing about any of the service he helped me with so Darrin approached and his attitude was worse than the time prior. He asked me a question and then stated some things he said was on the computer that had been done with payments I said I am telling you what happened you don't need to read it, I paid again. He flew off and told me if I didn't shut up, he not only didn't have to help me but would make me exit the store!!! I could not stomach this treatment, and proceeded to let him know that he was a horrible piece of crap and I would be taking this to the highest rank until he no longer had his job as he clearly does not know how to handle his job. I am a paying customer and do not deserve this treatment from anyone let alone a drug addicted slob who decides who gets good service and who does not. I was made aware of other things that he has done such as, giving codes that are not given to the public for extras on phones for metro. As I left the store on monday he told me he would make sure that corporate would see I had paid no bills and that I was not a customer in good standing with Metro. I went all the way to Williams that same day and spoke to Jesus in his store, he was very kind and was not able to help me as I did not have the receipt for the 5 dollars I paid for a bill cycle reset because neither employee in the Clear Lake store had given me a single one for any change or service except the very first one when I purchased the phone. I will not consider this problem resolved until that man is fired I do plan to go to the BBB if My complaint is not dealt with in a timely manner. I have paid double for service for 2 months and 5.00 not refunded nor is my situation changed from the very beginning. I hope the company will back the customer as is the standard action. I am sure you will find this employee to be less than acceptable in this store.
