I contacted this serge adel about 2 english bulldog puppies needing a home, she told me all I had to pay was $180.00 for the adoption fee and the puppies would be on there way. So I did, sent it western union to Chi Serge - on the 9th day of July. Then the ipata pet delivery service contacted me to tell me they need $720.00 more dollars for insurance, cages, and certificate of ownership. What the heck, so I went online to find out about this place and there isn't one, So I thought call them, I did some man answered and refused to talk to me. I either want my puppies or my money these scammers took! Don't come to america fools!!! God is going to punish you!!!
