I am filing a complaint against Emerald Lux E-cig, who stole $114.95 on 6/19 and on 7/1 stole $74.90 from my bank account. They were not authorized to take this money. I purchased what i had believed to be a one time trial offer for e-cigs at $5.00 then was charged twice without my knowledge or consent. When i tried to contact a supervisor in the company I was told that he was too busy to speak to me. I am angry that a company would think that they could just steal money from my account.
