I purchased the free starter kit from Regal Cigs on 1/18 for $4.95 shipping. I never authorized Regal Cigs to charge a recurring charge for more cartridges, which I never received anyway. There was no writing of this said recurring charge in any of the information about ordering. My bank statement has a charge from Regal Cigs for $119.95 as well as an International Trans Fee of $3.60 on 02/01. Both of these amounts are not authorized by me and this money needs to be put back into my account immediately.
