On June 9th I ordered a pair of shoes from Fashion-Shoes-Mall for $36.86&I used PayPal to purchase&Yesterday, July 2, by USPS, i received a shower cap from China—after looking on the Internet i discovered that others had experienced the "shower cap" scam as well, mostly it appears while ordering shoes&i have filed a complaint with Pay Pal - some of the other people who had experienced this fraud suggested contacting scambook, so i am - thank you
