I ordered a pair of NAOT shoes and paid with PAYPAL. Tried to track the order on line - impossible. Last week mysteriously received a small envelope from China, with customs label on it, containing a shower cap. Had no idea what it was. All became clear when I made a claim to Paypal who refuses to reimburse me because the company has proof of shipment (obviously that was the shower cap envelope). Not only is Fashion-Shoes-Mall a scam, but Paypal has proven itself unreliable and ultimately offering the buyer no protection whatsoever. I will never use either of them again.
