Price gouging in an emergency

The Exxon station (CAMPUS WAY EXXON), located at 10350 CAMPUS WAY SOUTH, UPPER MARLBORO, MARYLAND 20774 USA is guilty of price gouging immediately following the recent damaging windstorms that struck the Washington DC region.

The station raised their prices 50% immediately after the storm, to $4.59 gal for regular unleaded. This is reprehensible as most gas stations were inoperative due to widespread power outages. Moreover, there was rioting at some gas stations in the area because people could not find open stations and were breaking down after running out of fuel. For the proprietor of this station ot act in this manner is disgusting, and I resent having to pay so much extra money just to keep myself from running out of fuel. I believe this is a violation of the law, and you should take action against this proprietor.
