Consumer Report

Miscellaneous

Today i bought the nature's heaven dead sea cosmetics black mud soap for $20 and the avani dead sea cosmetics skin renewal facial peel for $60. I don't see anything great about the soap - it feels like a regular bar of soap with the leftover soap residue.

My major problem, is that the peel is supposed to be pumped onto my skin for 30 seconds to one minute before I start to rub it and take off all the dead skin from my face. However, the serum started to clump up within a millisecond after I pumped it on my hand! I ended up putting clumped up serum on my face - what could that possibly do? Plus it felt dirty - it felt like cheap chemicals. Of course, it didn't take any skin off - it is definitely some chemicals that clump up automatically to fool the consumer that it is dead skin coming off.

It is a total rip off and they say they don't give refunds. For face care, go to the professionals - not a stupid kiosk in the middle of the mall. They ripped me off and they know it.
