Be Sure You Want the Face Peel — Company Does Not Honor Its Return Guarantee

I ordered the Skin Culture Peel 400 from Skin Culture USA in October. It came with a money-back guarantee if I was not satisfied.

The peel was not effective, so I returned the product the following month. After sending at least 20 e-mails and making 8 phone calls, I still have not received my $190.57 refund.

They have now discontinued the product, so I guess I'll never get my refund. But be careful if you order anything from Skin Culture USA. You may get stuck with a large bill for an ineffective product.
