I ordered extensions a year ago, and it took so long to ship i asked if i could return the unopened mailing envelope for a refund since i purchased some locally while i had waited to receive them. After arguing they finally agreed to give me part of my money back. It has been a year and countless emails and conversations, and i have not received my money back i even paid to ship the unopened product back and they confirmed they received it. They finally stopped returning my emails about my money back. So now im without my money and without hair extensions. Please do not order from this site. It has been nothing but a waste of money and time
