Ordered hair extensions 19th June and received a return email asking for a copy of my credit card and a copy of a utility bill as they needed to check the credit card details with their bank. I becme suspect and refused to send the items requested. I have made numerous emails to them and they keep asking for the same details. I am out of pocket and also no hair extensions. Have reported this to my bank.
