Ordered free trial. Product took longer than a week to arrive, so I had less trail period time... My skin reacted negatively to the cream. Tried calling to cancel, but for days and days received a recording about "facility difficulties" whatever that means. Then got an email saying customer service number had changed. Called and got through to a pleasant representative, who assured me I would only be charged the S&H for the trial, and then she gave me a confirmation number for my cancellation. Now three weeks later I see a charge on my card. It's very easy to order and IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. I think this company is shady and I plan to call the attorney general.
