I bought a dress from dressesclearancesales.co.uk on Sunday the 17th June I got an email the next day saying it was not in stock and that I was able to swap the dress or get a full refund. I asked for a refund and never got a reply. The lady that sent this message was named Jane White. I went on the site to look for a contact number which there was not one. Then I started a live chat on the site explaining my situation to the woman in which she ended the chat and did not reply. Is there anything you can do?
