Verbal Abuse

I made an appt. For my elderly client to confirm accurate medications, as I just became her caretaker (Live-In). After waiting 40 mins. Before being seen, I asked the nurse if I could advise her of the pts. Reason for current visit. The 82 yr. Old pt. Was confused about her meds when answering questions by the nurse. The nurse exits and 5 mins later Dr. Fretz entered w / out acknowledging the pt. Or myself. He begans to go through the chart and exclaimed"HOW DO I KNOW WHAT MEDS YOU"RE TAKING, THIS IS ABSURD, YOU'RE WAISTING MY TIME"!!! @ this point I said "Sir why are you speaking to her like that" He replied "BECAUSE WHO EVER IS TAKING CARE OF HER IS DOING A LOUSY JOB" I said I'm her current LIve-IN" he replied "THEN WHO EVER HIRED YOU DID A LOUSY JOB"!!! @ this time I advised the pt. That we were leaving. Th Dr. Came towards me and told me "GET OUT OF THIS OFFICE" as I come towards the pt. He blocks me and puts his hands up to push me. I told him not to touch me, that I would leave, as I am leaving he states to to receptionist "make SURE SHE DOES NOT COME BACK IN". I stayed outside for about 10mins., the nurse escorted my wheelchair bound client outside.
