Rude Nurse With Horrible Attitude ripoff

This is a complaint about a nurse who behaved inappropriate after the visit with the doctor ceased. Myself, (the patient) asked the doctor if she would give facial rx also and she said yes and left the room. The nurse returned to the room with rx for other, but not the facial. I asked where those rx were and she said - for what. I told her the name and she replied "at your age." She told me insurance won't pay at my age (44). I told her I've been getting the rx for the past several years with no problems.

She finally went and got an rx. It was not what I'd asked for. I told her - this is not what I asked for. She said this is what you get, this is what the doctor says you get. I asked her if there was a mistake. She rudely refused to allow me to explain why I want a rx that prevents breakouts and one that treats a breakout - the same rx I've used for years and she wouldn't allow me to speak.

I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and chose to leave, but then as I was leaving i heard her tell the receptionist - oh I'll have to document this. I returned and said, excuse me, but I just want you to document that I'm not going to use the rx because I don't want to stop using something that works to take something never tried.

The receptionist said, you can speak to her yourself and the nurse came out quickly, slamming open the door, hands on hips and said "I am standing right here." I told her I was just telling the recept. Why I wasn't going to take the rx - that it wasn't what I'd asked for. She rudely said this is all your going to get because you haven't been here getting this rx since 2003.

I told her, ok, but let me explain the reason i don't want to change. She said, not this is what the doctor says you'll get. She said your getting upset and i told her that no, she is the one getting upset. I told her to just let me explain one time in full and she might understand. She said ok, but as I began, she cut me off again, she was shouting her reason for me needing the rx she brought, my son got upset and told her she needed stop and listen to his mom, and the nurse pointed her finger at us and told him he needs to chill.

The receptionist loudly shouted that other people are in the office and we all need to stop being so loud. Then the recept. Told the nurse to go talk to the doctor. The nuse said, ok, I'll go get the rx you want. The nurse returned, still not with the right rx, so I just left.
