Something came on my screen to download this virus protection because my computer was full of viruses. I was billed for $99.70 which I didn't ask for that amt. And a $2.99 fee. My computer has been slow since I downloaded this garbage. I will not pay this bill and I will take it off my computer immediatly... Alice and Leo Benoit
