Scam, ended up with bad viruses and no protection. Probably have to get a new computer now.internet

My regular virus protection expired and this popped up with the windows colors and design, so i downloaded it.
Now my computer has some very bad viruses on it. I can't get this off of my computer because when i went to my email to confirm, the confermation note disappeared.
They took my money and now i have to get a new computer.
