MUD or directv lied about the terms of service, provides apallingly bad repairs and general lack of responsoe. If I dis such a bad job where I work, I would be fired. The place at westover hills in fort worth texas entered into a soviet style monopoly with MDU Communications.initially is seemed like a good deal, I was supposed to get a month to month service agreement. I recently had a loss of signal, Directv said it was because to many receivers or DVRs were attached to the satelite system that MDU controls. And tha tI have to call MDU. I called and MDU said that I has somehow agreed to a 24 month term of service and tha the will take about 2 weeks to respond and hopefully repair the problem. This compnay has all the efficency of a soviet era monoploly.
