In november bought a 250 cc bally scooter from county motor sport.in december 11th recieved a crate from road runner transprtation sevices and driver left the crate on my driveway and left. I opend the crate very exited to see my new bike.

Well first I noticed was scrateches all around the scooter then discoverd drooken seat and latches so called and after at least ten try somebody answered and talk to ayoung lady by name of serenity and they wanted me to take some picture from brooken seat only and e. Mail it to them and had no idea how long would take for manufacturer to replace the brooken seat and latch, may at least some months! And scratches they could not do any thing about it ooooooooookkkkkk.

Well Called my son we went bought gas putit inthe bike make long story short we could not get the bike started. Called again after good forty min or so the answered talked to ser vice depatment and they wanted me to remove this and that and I am not amechanicly inclined I told them I am going to take it to the bike shop. They did not wanted me to to this but finallythey said ok but they will only pay one hr of labor any who, bike shoe they found bad motor (bad brand new motor) besides other defects and they tried to call this good company to take care of the bad bike and we have beentossed around and ignored and I do not know what to do at this point.

Bike was never started, never driven and this ia the story of a company who make bussiness of ripping of people from their money, time and their joy and happiness of purchase joyfull things, help me please.
