Warranty on LED light

So here we go, on 3/12 I returned a 600watt LED light panel for warranty work as half of the panel died in less then 1yr. Once Tool Price received my product they took roughly 2 weeks to tell me its an outdated model, and that parts are no longer available but they would gladly sell me the next generation for $150 more. I denied this offer, as I shouldnt have to pay MORE money to get a working product when the one I mailed back was still under WARRANTY. Robert (Tool Price) told me they would mail the light back to the manufacturer in china to be fixed. Over a month went by without contact on Tool Prices behalf, even though I called and sent many emails regarding my merchandise I returned for warranty work. Roughly sometime during the week of 4/18 they responded saying it usually takes 8-10 days to send or recieve mail from china. I was totally accepting with that time schedule, I never heard another word from Robert (Tool Price) until 5/25 when he told me my product was in transit to me from china. Now here it is 6/21 still no product, or any response from Tool Price. I have asked till I was blue in the face for a tracking number for my product and they refuse to provide one. This company is a JOKE, DEAL WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Customer service is awful, I've no idea how they're still in business.

I have however contacted the BBB and am currently working with them to open a complaint and either get a refund or my merchandise that I paid for.

All in all this company has left a very sour taste in my mouth, I will NEVER deal with this company again for any merchandise nor will my business.
