False Advertising and EXTREME Price Gouging

Max Tool is fairly prominent on Ebay... One of the few construction and woodworking tool companies left on the faltering auction site.

THEIR CLAIM - "Get the lowest price on name brand tools and equipment!"

THE PROBLEM - EVERY price they have, and I DO mean every price, on tools and just about everything they sell is MORE, yes MORE, than retail.

A good example - Kreg KHC-Premium Face Clamp - Kreg's List Price - $21.99; Max Tool's price on Ebay - $44.95... A whopping $22.96 MORE THAN RETAIL!!!
This is just one example - most, if not all, that they sell is several to many dollars more than retail.

For example on the clamp listed above - it is $19.89 on Amazon, with free shipping, and no tax.

SHAME on this company.
