I was foreclosed on 6/5 and received 3 day notice to vacate.in my fear I agreed to put $325.00 in cash in his B of A account. When I got home I knew I made a mistake & asked him for a receipt or a scope of services. He did everything except give the documentation to me. He then told me he has a credit only policy like I would trust him after that. I went after him with threats of small claim he told me I would lose and if I won "good luck on collecting on the judgement" which I have emails to confirm. I am a single mom and lost my home as a result of disability, 5 wrist surgeries, open heart surgery, I need a knee replacement and all of this is easily proven. He is labob55@sbc. Global.net. The business is 1Eviction.com. He is a thief and scammer. Help me please
