I have been charged a fee, in a total of $40.00 for the cervices which have not ordered. I don't even know who this company is. I have talked to my carrier and was told to call Clickgen. It looks that T-Mobil cannot handle it for their customers. How can T-Mobile customer handle it if a company as big as t T-Mobile cannot? The rep at T-Mobile (in May) told that it will be fixed and refund will be next month (charged twice in May and no refund in June. Guess what? None of what happens even and I was charged second time on the same month. If you happen to talk to Tiran rep # 1212417 DON'T BOTHER. He is supervisor that does not know that to do and how to handle such issues. I will contact FCC trade commissioner and T-Mobile corporate office. I encourage you to do the same. C u
