Thanks to ClickGen, I have spent an inordinate amount of time with T-Mobile rectifying a $9.99 "usage charge" assessed to my monthly bill. This same company sent me a text spam with flirting tips, graciously reminding me to text "STOP" if I no longer wanted to receive such stupid messages. I did, and guess what happened? Yes, that's right: These assholes made $9.99 in less than a second. Fantastic. Please pay attention to your phone bill, and keep writing reporting complaints about this scandalous firm until it no longer exists.
