I recived a phone call on 2/17 to verify our business name and my name (I am an employee of this business). I verfied all this and then they told me that we owed $599.00. I put the owner on the phone she told them she did NOT want what they are selling and that was the end of the call... Or so I thought!!!
We just got a bill today totalling $627.39!! When I called the gentelman (Danny Obrien EXT 414) I spoke with started yelling at me and told me that this was a ligimate charge and they were going to turn it over to a third party company for payment! WTH!? HE played back me verifing MY info but when I asked him to replay the part where we ACCEPTED this service, he could not! OF COURSE NOT BECAUSE WE DIDNT ORDER ANYTHING!!!
What was this for anyways?! We have never recieved a product or any services from this company!
We will be filing a complaint with the BBB and attorney general today as well.
