I was looking at a government grant offer and paid $2.97 to get a kit to start a process only to never receive a kit at all. I have charges made to my credit card in various amounts..$57.61, $48.07, $48.67, $48.95.. I never authorized at any time for this company to charge me. This is a scam. Also fraud... No services ever rendered.
