It all began when i agreed to do a free trial. Well after they take money out of my account. I tried to email them 2 weeks into the trial asking them to end my account. They never got in touch so i tried to call them several could not get anyone on the phone. Now they are claiming that i never cancelled my account. I told them i had called and emailed them several times. They will not return my money. I don't know what else to do.
