Requested a free trial of hydroxatone moisturiser. Free trial arrived, but last friday when checking my bank statement I saw that Hydroxatone had debited my account for £40 for goods I did not request nor have received.
I have emailed them to point out the mistake, but have had no reply and have had to contact my bank to deal with the matter.
