Jack Willey called me to sell me an account for Prime Merchants with a website prepared etc. There was to be a two week guarantee of satisfaction during which I could cancel, they waited 3 weeks to get me the contract and then said it was to late to cancel. I sent them proof of this but they haven't returned my calls for the past six months
