Ihave purchased a red nintendo 3ds flame red with super mario 3d land for my daughter as a birthday present. I have called numerous times and never have received a reply back as to when to expect shipment or delivery for her. I have order # number and have called to check status for shipment to customer service but never a return phone call or e-mail. Frustrating. I want a refund or put them out of business because this is not right. If you have information then please persue it and have them stopped and all monies returned to the proper people.
