We were invited to attend a travel seminar that offers travel opportunites for less... After the event we were issued a certificate with UET for a complimentary cruise. They wanted $248 for deposit and processing fee. And ok I guess nothing is free so we went ahead and sent in the money... Some months later we got another letter stating we needed to add $49 per person for additional processing fee. Turns out this company has hundreds already complaining that they still are expected to pay thousands more to get this "complimentary" cruise. How is this so? What a rip off. We wanted a refund of our deposit and we were told that we could not and told to read the fine prints... What a scam!!
