Ruined my credit status

I requested supplements in 2010 that was july it had been on auto-ship and I had been never informed of this. That I named and many months after I observed the cost on my charge card weeks i named they eliminated item my consideration, on the other hand i observed exactly the same charge weeks later and was informed that I'd auutoship. And that I had weeks of rescheduling and speaking with hsn and resources changed in my own consideration and today 2 yrs later and ended that. I had been guaranteed the problem was solved and today i obtain a notice declaring that the cost was delivered by them to selection. I'm extremely annoyed. I've been talking with hsn as well as fedex regarding i never received this prioduct and how i terminated the purchase and that I shifted. Today i hav an assortment for another person who got the product in the last target i lived. I'm unhappy with this specific goin on my cred for I've completed alll which was requested of me. My shifting must of not been less than enuf to determine I had been not there to receive purchase. Im WOn't ever conduct business with hsn. Order quantity 665985699.
