Hertz Rental Car
Cost that is misrepresented

I arranged to Hotwire & settled the rental charge on Hotwire. After I selected up the vehicle they requested for my charge card like a deposit. Later I understood I had been charged for $ 28/ evening of additional insurance (which coincidentally matched the rental charge). I'd PARTICULARLY stated used to do not need any additional insurance. I believe the Hertz representative had requested twice. Attempting to relate solely to customer support & their payment department has uncovered me to impolite people. I am disappointed!!
