Each month since I took their service they have shut off my cell service at least 7 days before the end of the service time. I have to renew it earlier and earlier each month. This month they sent me a text message saying I had only 7 days left for this period of service and then within 2 minutes my phone service was cut off. When I called the next day they said that my sim card was not correct and they were going to send a new one in the mail. I would be without service for the time it took to arrive. The $50 is not the issue here. It is that I will be will be without a phone for all this time. I told them to stick it and I am going to another company. These people need to be disciplined in some way.
