To whom it may Concern,

As we have raised this complaint to Lenovo Distribution in the UAE.
1.1st issue was the CD Drive - end user found un usual noise while loading/reading the CD’s.
2.2nd issue was Delete key touched the LCD screen - as they used with Dock Station-External Monitor.
In these case the end user got very upset & disturbed as they faced twice issue within 30 days after we supplied the machine. Even it affect the business relationship with Client.

Although we got the machine fixed and it with us. But Client Senior Management is not willing to take the same machine, instead insisting for replacement. 1. This replacement based on customer disturbance with performance. 2. If require, we are able to forward the Customer, Lenovo and Raptor Computers mail conversation.
Therefore, Raptor Computers LLC experience annoyance from client since issue started, even we have given full support to satisfy them.

We hope you can help us resolve this issue, as Lenovo Distribution does not agree for replacement.
