Large delivery delays!

I requested a Z61t thinkpad from Lenovo on 11/14th 2006. It had been delivered precisely 30 days afterwards 12/13th and it is said to be shipped by advantages on 12/22nd.

Problem # 1. Regardless of being the Next biggest Computer maker on the planet, Lenovo is getting greater than a month to ship a notebook.

Problem # 2. The client support representatives have no idea about whenever your program may deliver. Therefore calling them is a waste of time.

Problem # 3. After going right through many boards, I recognized that Lenovo has this issue for that past twelve months, which exhibits their negligence towards the client.

Problem # 4. After I reported concerning the large inexplicable wait, the only real choice directed at was to stop my purchase. No payment what-so ever.

Problem # 4. After studying the posts by various other clients like me in forums. Notebookreview.com, I found understand this. All of the purchases from 10/30th to 11/27 for Z61t design were satisfied on 12/13th. This is really not reasonable for that man who requested on 10/30th.
