Ripoff second chance scam trhough ebay on my secured site and aka James David Kirk on 9,200.00 on harley Ebay

Scamed out of 9,200.00 dollars through ebay on my secured site. I bid on a harley dvaidson on 01-17-06 and the next day was offerd a second chance offer for the bike on my ebay on my secured site. I would not have been scamed if I was not offerd through my secured site on ebay. I was told to email this person through email. I did and it was a scam. This person I contacted had bill of sell that was from ebay a pasted copy of some sort. I wired the money to a account to aka-James David Kirk-bank name: Washington Mutual - bank address: 555 N. Main Street - Lakeport CA 95453 account number 1963275235 routing number: 322271627. I have a Det. Norm Taylor thats has this case in Lakeport CA. The Det. Has said there are more people that have been scamed by this person. That the bank has not been to willing to help. I really can not believe that ebay does not have a safer secured site to keep honest people secured and safe. This persons user name was probably phony but went by ayao4. Ebay is no help account I contacted this persosn off there secured site that they allowed this person to contact me first. I will never use ebay again to purchase anything. Lost out and no hope.
