Tara Joseph, from Boulder (supposedly) posted an ad on Craigslist for an apt with pics. Place looked awesome. Pics are the same as the ones other people posted and complained about. Hardwood floors, washer/dryer, $600 a month on Pearl St at corner of 30th and Pearl with covered parking included. Dogs ok. She never gave me a phone number. Said she was bumped on her flight home and that is why she was late getting back to me. Then she sent an email about pre-qualifying for the place. I filled out some credit score stuff even though I didn't have a good feeling about it. Then she sent an email saying she was at work and would get back to me today or tomorrow about setting up a time to look at the place. Looked at my account and I was charged $33.95 for the credit check when it was supposed to be free. Got that taken care of and then cancelled the my credit card. I knew it didn't feel right but I was so excited about this place I wanted it to be true. I feel like such an idiot and hope nothing else happens with any of my info! Would love for these people to be caught!!!
