I tried to cancel on line last month so they would not charge against my account every month. They confirmed my cancellation and yet they charged against my account today.
I now have to get a new bank card because of this. I sure hope you can help me with this.
Something should be done with this company as they give you a free trial, but you don't get the merchandise until it is charged against your account, after you already paid the shipping charges. That is what happened to me.
